Liguria Tourism -Best time to visit Liguria

With 300 sunny days in the year Liguria is one of the sunniest regions in Italy, and is therefore a popular holiday destination in every season.

The climate of Liguria is generally mild, with warm summers and mild winters. If you’d like to experience Liguria’s warm weather, the best time to visit is in the late spring or in the summer months.

Summer in Liguria means everything that you can probably want for a restful and eventful vacation: fine sandy beaches, clean water, wonderful landscapes and sports facilities.

In July, temperatures hardly ever rise beyond 29 degrees Celsius, and that makes it ideal for swimming – though sporting activities are not excluded either. From June to August the sea warms up to between 20 and 23 degrees Celsius.
