Between the 15th and early 16th centuries, the region became a meeting place for some of the most important names of the Renaissance, each bringing a distinctive style while contributing to an artistic tradition known for its harmonious landscapes, refined figures, rich colors and spiritual atmosphere.
During our journey, we will encounter masterpieces by Pietro Perugino, Pinturicchio, Raphael, Luca Signorelli, Benozzo Gozzoli and Filippo Lippi, discovering how their work transformed churches, chapels and palaces across Umbria.
Through carefully selected slides, we will visit important artistic centers including Perugia, Orvieto, Spello, Montefalco, Spoleto and Città di Castello, looking closely at frescoes and paintings while uncovering their stories, symbols, techniques and historical context.
We will also explore the fascinating connections between these artists, the patrons who commissioned their works and the cities that became the setting for some of the most beautiful masterpieces of the Italian Renaissance.

How to Join:
The tour will be hosted on Zoom. To register, you are required to enter your full name (first and last name). After the registration, you will receive via email a personal link to access the virtual event. To protect your privacy, your camera will be disabled during the event.
