“Plan your trip” is a travel planning service that save yourself hours of research, we’ll do all the hard work for you and you will have our local tips about the best restaurants, sights, shops, activities, hidden gems, and more. Recommendations come from our team who lives in Italy.

Our process is simple; you answer a few questions about how you like to travel with our short online form, we listen to your desires and we then start crafting your custom-made daily travel plan. Once we receive your payment for our planning services, you’ll receive your tailored trip plan, overflowing with personalised recommendations on where to stay, what to see and do, where to eat, and where to go out, with handy links for speedy booking.

We charge a flat rate per day of travel based on the type of plan you choose. We offer two plans: Premium at € 39.00 per day for full-service travel planning or Standard at € 25.00 per day for basic-service.

We do ask you to pay in advance to access our services. This covers the time we spend creating your personalized itinerary.The itinerary cost is non-refundable.

We accept payment by Paypal or from the major credit cards(Mastercards, American Express,Visa, Carta Aura, Discover, Maestro).We do not collect any credit card information because the service is completly powered by Paypal.

We don’t book directly but inside the itinerary you will find all the links to do it by yourself. If you buy a Premium plan, we can reserve restaurants, wineries and everything which doesn’t require card deposit.

We usually find that the best time to book your trip is about 3 – 6 months out from your travel dates. However, if you’ll be travelling during peak season (Summer, Christmas, Easter holidays, festivals…) it’s best to book even further in advance to avoid hotels, transportation, or activities from selling out.
