1. Purpose of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of tour video recordings made available through our platform. By completing the purchase, the user fully accepts the following provisions.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

In order to provide access to the service, we collect only the following personal data:

• Full name
• Email address

The email address provided at the time of purchase will be used to send a message containing the access link to the recording and the password required to view it.

3. Access to Content

The video will remain accessible for a period of 45 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the link and password will no longer be valid.

4. Payment Methods

• Transactions are processed through Stripe, which allows payments in both Euros (€) and US Dollars (USD).
• Credit card data entered by the purchaser is encrypted and under no circumstances accessible to our staff or unauthorized third parties.
• The purchase amount is flexible, and each user may choose the sum to be paid based on their possibilities.
• A minimum threshold of €5.00 or $6.00 (depending on the selected currency) has been set to cover platform and hosting costs.

5. Nature of the Digital Product

The video recordings are digital products that become immediately accessible to the customer upon completion of the purchase.
For this reason:

• No right of withdrawal is provided.
• No refunds will be granted after payment confirmation.

6. Content Quality

The available recordings are taken from live tours. In some cases, image or audio quality may not be optimal. The purchaser acknowledges and accepts this characteristic of the product.

7. Personal Use Only

The purchased video recording is intended solely for the personal use of the purchaser and members of their household.
Any distribution, sharing, duplication, or publication of the content to third parties, in any form or medium, is strictly prohibited without our prior written authorization.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By confirming the purchase, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Nextstop-italy.com is committed to protecting your personal information and being as open with you as possible about the data and information we hold and how we use it.
When you register on our platform to participate at our virtual tour, the data we require, essential for the provision of the service, are: Name, Surname, E-mail.
As soon as you have registered, you will receive an email with the Link and password that will allow you to participate at the virtual tour.

Our tours are hosted on the Zoom platform and in order to guarantee confidentiality, by default settings, during the access we disable all the cameras and microphones. Enabling the camera is at the user’s discretion and absolutely optional. Virtual tour recording by attendees is disabled by default.

We use Paypal and Stripe to collect tips. All transactions will be handled in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be found here:

All payment transactions processed are encrypted. We retain no record of your payment card details.
