Italy Truffle Hunting:Enjoy a unique experience in Piedmont

For an extravagant weekend, go on a Italy truffle hunting !

The rolling hills of Italy’s lush landscape are famous for their bountiful produce. One of these grows slowly, in the dark, under the ground and has to be hunted by dogs: that’s truffle!

You’ll enjoy some hours walking through typical woods, picking truffles along with a special guide, also an expert, but mostly a friend who will teach how to find truffles with the dog.

The truffle hunter will show you how to find truffles walking through the woods, how to use them in the best way, giving all the secrets, and how to cook and enjoy them.

During the search and stroll through the forest you will have the opportunity for a unique experience full of adrenaline, anticipation and the joy of finding the truffle.

The program is conducted throughout the year, but depending on the season, different type of truffle is picked: either Alba black or Alba white truffle.

The black truffle is found and hunted all year round, while the season of the Alba white truffle lasts from mid-September till the end of January.
